Bert is a licensed clinical psychologist. Along with his wide-ranging clinical work with patients, Bert has taught in several graduate programs including the Mendoza School of Business at Notre Dame University. Most of his work now focuses on leading retreats and trainings for executives, as well as executive coaching, consultation, and mentoring. He also works extensively with YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and is a published author. His areas of expertise are communication skills, working productively with conflict and disagreement, developing Emotional Intelligence Skills and Perspective Taking along with Interpersonal Group Process. A Canadian from Nova Scotia, Bert has taught film classes in graduate schools and includes his work with movies in his work. He has also worked closely with Ken Wilber for many years, the developer of Integral theory and methodology. Bert lives with Patti in North Dallas where they are close to three grandchildren and growing.
