Cliff has over 25 years of experience in leadership, team, and organization development and joined Polarity Partnerships in 2012 as VP of Mastery and Coaching Programs. He works closely with Wanda Savage-Moore as part of Polarity Partnerships’ East Coast team, and his retreat and learning center “Kayser Ridge” serves as a venue for the Mastery and PACT Certification Programs.

Together with Barry Johnson and William Benet, Cliff founded the non-profit Institute for Polarities of Democracy in 2017, which is a Strategic Partner of Polarity Partnerships. A substantial focus for Cliff’s practice also includes the healthcare industry through his work with Sixseed, which is also a Strategic Partner of Polarity Partnerships. Cliff also servers in adjunct and coaching fellow faculty roles for two of Polarity Partnerships’ academic institution Strategic Partners -- American University and George Mason University.

Cliff holds two Masters Degrees from American University; one in Human Resources Management and another in Organizational Development. He completed Executive Coaching training from Georgetown’s Leadership Coaching Program in 2008 and holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation through the International Coaching Federation. In 2019, Cliff received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Gestalt Center for Organization & System Institute of Cleveland.

Cliff integrates his 25-year practice of Tai Chi into many of the Polarity Programs and Trainings he leads.
