Laura Mendelow has been working in the field of leadership development since 1994 and is the CEO of Mendelow Consulting Group (MCG). She is a Professional Certified Executive Coach, has a Master's degree in Organization Development and an undergraduate degree in psychology. Her experience, as both an external and internal consultant working at Booz Allen Hamilton for 10 years, gives her a unique perspective in working with clients to create innovative yet sustainable results. A recent culture change engagement led to a 16.5% increase in overall job satisfaction, 12% increase in likelihood of staying at the organization, and a 17.7% increase in satisfaction with immediate supervisor. Her motto is "once you 'get' people, you get results." Mrs. Mendelow is focused on helping leaders understand human behavior so they can engage in meaningful dialogue, build stronger relationships, and achieve positive results, both in the workplace and beyond.
