Michelle brings over 30 years of proven and successful coaching, consulting, leadership and facilitation experience, including work with several of Canada’s top 50 employers. Michelle has worked across a variety of industry sectors and works collaboratively with her clients to create sustainable change and to inspire and ultimately increase individual, team and organizational effectiveness. Her work with clients has resulted in improved communications and employee engagement; increased work satisfaction and work performance; increased sales revenue; higher employee retention; decreased operating costs and enhanced capacity for individuals, teams and organizations.

Michelle has degrees in Business, Psychology and Education with professional designations in HR, Training, Organizational Development and Coaching. She is the Program Director for the Centre of Excellence in Organization Development and Change at the Schulich Executive Education Centre (York University) and a senior faculty member with Team Coaching International and GTCI. In her last corporate role, she was responsible for developing and executing leadership development strategy enterprise wide for leadership development for TELUS mobility.

Michelle is a published author, and has spoken at many conferences both nationally and globally, including ICF, WBECS, EMCC, ODN, HRPA and I4PL She is also the recipient of the ICF PRISM award for outstanding leadership and team coaching. Michelle is passionate about creating organizations where people are engaged to create collaborative cultures that positively impact business performance.
