Patrick has a track record of building his client’s capacity to manage complexity, enhance stability, and accelerate change. Through powerful coaching relationships, he helps executive, emerging, and high-potential leaders strengthen their leadership presence and work more effectively with and through others. He is especially skilled at supporting the development of senior leaders within science- and technology-driven organizations.

Patrick was previously the senior consultant for the University of Maryland’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Change. He holds a Master of Science in organization development from American University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Antioch College. Patrick is recognized as a master practitioner in polarity management. He is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and a professional member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences. He holds dual certification from the International Coaching Federation (PCC), and the Neuroleadership Institute (BBCC) with over 1600 hours of verified team and individual coaching experience. He is certified in MBTI, ESCI 360, and Crucial Conversations. Patrick lives in Washington, DC, where he enjoys cooking, kitchen gadgets, and exploring parks around the city with his two daughters.

Along with coauthor, Ann Caton, Patrick wrote the Pocket Paradox Tool chapter in And: Making a Difference by Leveraging Polarity, Paradox or Dilemma, Volume Two – Applications.
