Peter enjoys life, laughter, and purpose. 

Peter’s career spans over 20 years, more than 10 years working as the principal leader of Enlightenment Consulting Group, LLC.  He has supported leaders and teams working in government to higher education. Facilitated high tension large group conversations, community assessments and have led leadership development programs. This includes deep-dive learning experiences as a core faculty member teaching a mastery of polarity thinking cohort. Peter has lectured at Cleveland State University for the diversity management program, school of social work, and health sciences.  Peter presented at national conferences and internationally on Diversity Equity and Inclusion through a polarity lens. Peter has advanced training and certifications in organizational interventions and coaching through the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. He holds a mastery certification in Polarity Thinking™ through Polarity Partnerships. Peter recently joined the Saint Luke’s Foundation as a Senior Program Officer in September of 2020. He continues to be a catalyst that influences the ecosystems in which people, live, work and play as a consultant. Creating opportunities for deep dives. Building capacity for greater impact seeing AND managing tensions to be more effective AND efficient leaders.  

He enjoys participating in martial arts and has earned the title Maha Guru (Senior Teacher) in the style of KunTao and Silat system lineage of W. Reeders and A. Sikes.
