There are no pre-requisites. ICF Coaches completing this course qualify for 27 CCE Credits - 14 Core Competencies and 13 Resource Development Credits.

What is PACT™ Certification?

PACT Certification prepares you to apply the 5-Step S.M.A.L.L. Process to maximize upsides and minimize downsides associated with your interdependent values, objectives and capabilities. This online facilitated PACT™ Certification Program is challenging and highly interactive. This premium learning experience includes:

  • Advanced eLearning modules and videos

  • Online facilitated cohort sessions led by Master Faculty answer your questions, deepen your understanding, and ground general theory, principles, and process designs into your unique practice areas 

  • One-on-one coaching gives you individualized attention and support when it's time to take your learning out of the classroom and into your real-world context

  • You'll be welcomed into a global Polarity Practice Community 50 years in the making that continues to learn and evolve Polarity theory and practice 

  • 394 Page facilitator guidebook

  • 1 Year Certified User Access to the Polarity Resource Portal

 

 How You’ll Do It?


  • Complete 2-3 Hours of Pre -Work

  • Participate in Five 5 - Hour facilitated online cohort sessions with optimized scheduling for participants in the EMEA and the America’s time zones

  • Access the Polarity Resource Portal for the most current theory, tools, and practice ideas.

  • Receive a PDF copy of Barry Johnson’s latest book, “And – Making a Difference by Leveraging Polarity, Paradox or Dilemma” Volume One”

  • Optional: Get up to 2-hours of one-on-one coaching for your Applied Learning Project (ALP), a fully supported 5 Step S.M.A.L.L process, including a Polarity Assessment™

  1. NOTES: Completion of an applied learning project (ALP) is optional, but required to qualify for certain CCEU's (e.g. ICF Coaches earn 27 CCEU's), inclusion on Polarity Partnerships' Certified Practitioner Directory and for eligibility to coach new practitioners.

Sessions

Session 1: SEEING – Appreciate complex challenges and opportunities and see more of the whole reality

Session 2: MAPPING – Start with the end in mind: Identify desired results, values, and capabilities

Session 3: ASSESSING – Utilize the Polarity Assessment™ to gather quantitative metrics from key stakeholders. Review low tech, high touch assessment methods.

Session 4: LEARNING – Make meaning from Assessment results, gain insight into current strengths and vulnerabilities and guide clients through a results debrief

Session 5: LEVERAGING – Develop and execute strategies to achieve and sustain desired results
