Certification in PACT™ Foundations and Professional Applications.
If you have additional questions please reach out to: operations@polaritypartnerships.com
How long will this certification take to complete?
The e-learning modules can be done at your own pace and each will take from 45-75 minutes to complete.
How long will my certification be valid?
Once you are certified in PACT™ Foundations and Professional Applications, you remain certified for life. There is no required continuing education. You DO need to renew your commercial license to use Polarity concepts, practices, and tools annually. Your first year’s licensing fees are included in the cost of this Program. Each year you wish to renew your license to practice, the fee is $300.00. If you purchase any Polarity Assessment™, Micro Credential Program, Workshop, or other product or service, your licensing fees are covered in your purchase.
SPECIAL NOTE: Although continuing education to deepen your knowledge, skills and experience in Polarity Practice is not required to renew your license, we do offer micro credentials for specialized and advanced Polarity Practice. These Micro Credential Programs can be taken separately or as a group for those interested in earning their Mastery Certification. Certification in PACT™ Foundations and Professional Applications is a prerequisite for all of our Micro Credential Programs and our Mastery Certification. If you are interested in learning more about our Micro Credential Programs and Mastery Certification options, please contact operations@polaritypartnerships.com.
What is the process to renew my individual or organization license?
You will receive an invoice for $300 (individual) or $1,000 (organization) each year to renew your license. Anytime you purchase a product or service your license will automatically extend for 12-months from the date of purchase.
How long will I have access to the e-Learning modules?
Your e-learning modules will be accessible for 90 days after your purchase date. We recommend you complete all your modules and associated Cohort Sessions as soon as you are able to optimize your learning and retention experience. If you need an extension for any reason, just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
When are the Online Faculty led Cohort Sessions and how do I register for them?
Cohort sessions will take place regularly throughout the year. Once you register for the program, you’ll receive an email with links to register for these sessions.
Please note: You must complete the associated eLearning modules before you attend the Cohort Session.
When are the one-on-one sessions and how do I schedule them?
Shortly after you register for the Self-Paced Hybrid PACT Certification, Polarity Partnerships will reach out to you with a brief questionnaire to learn more about where and how you intend to apply your learning. We will use this information to match and connect you with your dedicated ALP Coach and your one-on-one sessions can be scheduled at your convenience.
What are the qualifications of the ALP Coaches?
Your dedicated ALP Coach is a Certified Polarity Practitioner with experience teaching and applying Polarity theory, practices, and tools. We try to match you up with a Coach whose experience is a good fit for you given the context and scope of your work generally and your ALP specifically. If for any reason you determine there is not a good fit between you and your Coach, we will re-assign you.
When are the Online Facilitated Cohort Sessions for each module & how long are they?
Each Session corresponds to one of the steps in the 5-Step S.M.A.L.L. Process™ that you will be covering in depth in your eLearning modules. You MUST complete the associated modules prior to attending the Cohort Sessions. These sessions are offered monthly and are 60-90 minutes depending on the group size.
