SOAR Foundations eLearning Program

SOAR Above JEDI Tensions
Self-Paced eLearning Course

Why SOAR?

Misalignment of intent and impact represents a core tension that is at the heart of our most heated conflicts. When good intentions are misinterpreted and painful impacts are misunderstood, polarization abounds, creating a significant barrier to inclusive, high-performing and trust-building cultures. Building a workplace where people feel empowered to express themselves, be heard, and valued is key to fostering a thriving culture. Imagine an environment where open dialogue is encouraged, creativity is sparked, and collaboration across diverse perspectives becomes second nature.

SOAR is designed to:

  • Open eyes, ears, hearts and minds to an energy system that ultimately transforms negative tensions into decipherable realities, allowing powerful engagement and collaboration to occur.

  • Build a more inclusive culture and unite around shared a vision and purpose

  • Create opportunities for collaborative engagement with safe spaces for difficult, yet crucial conversations
