What is the difference between the SOAR Foundations eLearning and the SOAR Facilitation Micro-Credential programs?

Unlike the SOAR Micro-Credential Program, there are no prerequisites for this course. The SOAR Foundations eLearning modules are available on-demand so you can complete the course on your schedule and at your own pace. 

How You’ll Do It

  • Complete six eLearning modules (2-3 hours) 

  • Identify organizational pain points and see underlying “Polarities.”

  • Manage mindsets and breathe “AIR” as you practice Sharing intent, Owning impact, Affirming alignment, and Restoring relationships using the S.O.A.R. Process.

  • Assess the current state and prioritize action steps and early warning signals using SOAR Polarity Assessments™
