What is the difference between the SOAR Foundations eLearning and the SOAR Facilitation Micro-Credential programs?
Unlike the SOAR Micro-Credential Program, there are no prerequisites for this course. The SOAR Foundations eLearning modules are available on-demand so you can complete the course on your schedule and at your own pace.
How You’ll Do It
Complete six eLearning modules (2-3 hours)
Identify organizational pain points and see underlying “Polarities.”
Manage mindsets and breathe “AIR” as you practice Sharing intent, Owning impact, Affirming alignment, and Restoring relationships using the S.O.A.R. Process.
Assess the current state and prioritize action steps and early warning signals using SOAR Polarity Assessments™
