Thomas is a partner at osb-international, serving as a senior consultant and executive coach across the DACH region and internationally. He is a professor of leadership and organizational studies, co-editor of the Journal OrganisationsEntwicklung, and a member of the board of directors at a Swiss pharmaceutical company. His consulting expertise centers on leadership and organizational development, change management, and the design of strategy and organizational structures.
As a systemic consultant, Thomas effectively integrates polarity management across all levels and areas of consulting and management development. Whether delivering keynotes, facilitating strategy development processes, guiding organizational design, or conducting leadership training and executive coaching, he leverages polarities as a key concept for developing sustainable processes.
Thomas holds dual degrees in management and psychology (Dipl. Kfm. & Dipl. Psych.), and completed his PhD in a research project on "Learning Dynamics" at the University of St. Gallen in partnership with Siemens Building Technologies (SBT). Previously, he served as a divisional manager at the Research Institute for Public Administration and brings over twenty years of experience in management consulting, executive coaching, team coaching, and organizational development.
