Margaret Seidler is a retired Organization Development consultant, master trainer, and author based in Charleston, SC. Her book, Power Surge, was published by HRD Press in 2008. Her practice has focused on creating higher performance in leaders and in addressing local government, community system complexity.

The case study of her work as Project Leader for the Charleston Illumination Project, strengthened relationships between police and the community and serves as a proven model in addressing nationwide racial tensions.

Margaret has a BA in Psychology and Master’s in Public Administration from the University of South Carolina and completed graduate course work in Organization Development at the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis. She has been a student and teacher of Polarity Thinking for more than two decades.
