Sandra is psychologist, psychotherapist, Gestalt practitioner in organisations and trainer, living with her family on beautiful Adriatic Coast in Europe. Before fully devoting to her private practice in 2020, she spent more than 15 years in Human Resources and Management Development field in renowned international companies (PLIVA Pharmaceuticals, CEMEX – Cement production, Radisson Hotels).  She has learnt successful paths to support her clients to undergo challenging change process and overcome different intrapersonal, interpersonal and systemic challenges.

Sandra likes to think about herself as of an awareness agent and highly appreciates empowering people and organisations through creativity and exploration that Gestalt approach brings. She enjoys swimming throughout the whole year and hiking.
