Natalie is a leadership coach, strategy and culture consultant, seasoned facilitator, and diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner with more than 20 years of experience leading programs in the areas of leadership and professional development, strategy design, organizational change management, and communications for global firms. She has held senior-level leadership roles in management consulting, where she led 40+ person teams in large-scale strategy and business transformation projects.

Natalie’s vision is to embolden leaders and their organizations to change the world for good. She is passionate about working with leaders who are at a crossroads, such as those working to expand their leadership capacity, transitioning into larger roles, and stepping up to lead large-scale organizational change. She engages often in organizational culture and racial equity work, coaching one on one and facilitating sessions with leadership teams to deepen awareness about systemic inequity and create space for explicit conversations about racial identity and power dynamics in the workplace. She works with leaders and their teams to identify and co-create the practices and structural changes that will spark a culture shift and help sustain it. Her clients range from C-suite executives to emerging leaders in the public and private sectors.

Her experience as a woman leader and in working with leaders navigating large-scale, complex change informs her coaching and consulting, as she creates space for clients to notice and explore where they are, define what needs to be different, and drive purposeful change. Her experience building diverse and inclusive national employee programs gives her a deep appreciation for authentic leadership in the face of systemic challenges – and how leaders can build meaningful communities of belonging over time.

Natalie is an ICF-certified leadership coach through Georgetown University and a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle 360 Profile and Collective Leadership Assessment. She holds an MBA from UMD’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, an MA from NYU, and a BA from Georgetown University.
