Fadi has over twenty-five years of diverse experience in leading change, and supporting leaders lead themselves and others through change. His passion is to support organizations, teams and individuals become more effective and collaborative within challenging and changing environments.
He began his career as a group facilitator, working with groups of Palestinians and Israelis around trust and relationship building. Facilitating dialogue across divides and tension lines, and leading conflict resolution and trust-building programs. As a result of his experience working with issues of difference, inclusion and leadership, he extended his support to teams and organizations especially in the domains of Diversity & Inclusion, Merger & Acquisition, Cultural Integration, and Leadership.
Fadi supports teams to overcome conflict and tensions as a result of differences. Help organizations leverage their dilemmas and tensions for strategic alignment and effectiveness, and facilitates leaders’ development to handle increased complexity.
Fadi’s wide range of experience and training, which varies from individual and team coaching to organizational development, provides him, and his clients, with a Holistic and Systemic approach to individual and organizational change. His clients come from Europe, US, and the Middle East.
He is a Fulbright Scholar, has two Master Degrees; Organizational Behavior & Development, and Conflict Resolution & Leadership. He also has a Diploma in Organizational Development. Certified Gestalt & Systemic Coach, and authorized as a Polarity Practitioner, Leadership Development Framework (LDF) & Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) administrator.
