Nomali has been an executive coach and facilitator of learning and development since 2008. Her experience includes consulting in international Fortune 1000 companies in USA, Brazil and Mexico since 2008. Nomali's clients come from multiple industries including healthcare, med-tech, fin-tech, consulting, law, and cosmetics. One of her most recent adventures has been to translate that expertise into the exciting, venture-backed startup arena.
Nomali was a co-founder of the Boulder Integral Center where she designed, led and co-led hundreds of events including the Integral Incubator. In Brazil and Mexico, she trained over 125 senior leaders in one of Latin America's largest cosmetics companies. Currently Nomali facilitates relationship building workshops for patients, clinicians and healthcare administrators. With sensitivity and judicious challenge, she helps executives and teams refine the maps of their evolution to continuously foster insight, harmonious relationships, and effective change while nurturing healthy behaviors and bodies.
An ICF-certified Professional Coach, Nomali holds a BA in Psychology, MA in Nonprofit Management and is a Master Coach through Integral Coaching Canada. She is trained in multiple adult developmental theories, Immunity to Change™, Polarity Thinking™, The Empowerment Dynamic, the Enneagram, trauma-informed coaching and meditation. Originally from Sri Lanka, Nomali has been based in Boulder, Colorado since 2002.
