Polarity Partnerships is offering Leadership and Organization Development services and resources to BIPOC Organizations and Communities.

Unprecedented times like the ones we are in the midst of shine a light (and cameras) on the best and worst of our humanity. We must reconnect to our values and fears, and in some cases, challenge and redefine them.  What can we learn at this critical inflection point? How will what we learn from our past, present, and hopes for the future shape us immediately and over time? We are grateful to have a Polarity lens through which we can view these powerful questions and hold the tensions inherent in them. And we must make fierce either/or decisions in regard to what we stand for and what we stand against.  In this spirit, Polarity Partnerships is seeking ways we might support the missions of BIPOC organizations and communities who are leading efforts to make our world more just and equitable.
