Why SOAR?
This micro-credential program trains how to lead and facilitate SOAR engagements and to help others experience the value of: Sharing Intent, Owning Impact, Affirming Alignment, and Restoring Relationship in the midst of JEDI+ (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and more) tensions.
