Online live cohort sessions led by Master Faculty answer your questions, deepen your understanding, and ground general theory, principles, and process designs into your unique applications
One-on-one coaching gives you individualized attention and support when it's time to take your learning out of the classroom and into your real-world context

How You’ll Do It?
Complete 7 foundational and advanced eLearning modules at your own pace (required).
Participate in 3 faculty-facilitated cohort sessions (optional). After you register for the program you’ll receive dates and registration links to join these faculty-facilitated sessions that dive into more details related to the 5-Step SMALL Process (90-180 minutes each).
Access the Polarity Resource Portal for the most current theory, tools, and practice ideas.

Schedule up to 2-hours of one-on-one coaching for your Applied Learning Project (optional)
Attend invitation-only webinars & events (optional)
NOTES: Completion of an applied learning project (ALP) is optional, but required to qualify for certain CCEU's (e.g. ICF Coaches earn 27 CCEU's), inclusion on Polarity Partnerships' Certified Practitioner Directory and for eligibility to coach new practitioners.
All students completing the eLearning modules will receive a Certificate of Completion and an electronic practitioner badge to post on your website and social media pages

Module 3: Step 1: Seeing – Appreciate complex challenges and opportunities and see more of the whole reality
Module 4: Step 2: Mapping – Start with the end in mind: Identify desired results, values, and capabilities
Module 5: Step 3: Assessing – Utilize the Polarity Assessment™ to gather quantitative metrics from key stakeholders. Review low tech, high touch assessment methods.
Module 6: Step 4: Learning – Make meaning from Assessment results, gain insight into current strengths and vulnerabilities
Module 7: Step 5: Leveraging – Develop and execute strategies to achieve and sustain desired results.
